BCLM & 29th Division Memorial

Training Event at the Black Country Museum in Dudley, West Midlands on Saturday 10/3/12 and Parade and Memorial Service at the 29th Division Memorial near Wolston on Sunday 11/3/12 for the 97th Anniversary of the King's review of the 'Incomparable' 29th (Regular) Division prior to their departure for the Dardanelles in 1915.

RAF Museum - Hendon

The prestigious unveiling of the new fighter of the Royal Flying Corps, the Sopwith Dolphin! GWS members will provide RFC personnel to support Royal Air Force Museum staff, at the unveiling of the museum's newly-restored Dolphin.

Mobbs Memorial Match

The Mobbs Memorial rugby match has been run every year since 1921 in memory of Edgar Mobbs who raised a Sportsman's' Battalion during the Great War. The GWS will be supporting this Army run event that runs through the day from 1000 hrs into the evening. The event will take place at the Northampton Saint's ground.
