Training Event at the Black Country Museum in Dudley, West Midlands on Saturday 14th March and Parade and Memorial Service at the 29th Division Memorial near Wolston on Sunday 15th March to mark the centenary of the King's review of the 'Incomparable' 29th (Regular) Division prior to their departure for the Dardanelles in 1915.

Stokesay Court

April 18th / 19th - 24th General Hospital will be at Stokesay Court Red Cross Hospital Centenary Weekend. Stokesay Court is in the village of Onibury close to Craven Arms, Shropshire and was the setting for some of the scenes in the film Atonement. During the Great War the house was an Auxiliary Hospital hosting wounded soldiers.

Spratton - Northants

April 25th / 26th in the Northamptonshire village of Spratton. A Centenary event to commemorate the village's 'local hero', RFC officer Lt. William RHODES-MOORHOUSE VC, who won the Corps' first Victoria Cross. One hundred years ago to the day of this event, RHODES-MOORHOUSE undertook a courageous lone mission to successfully bomb the enemy-held railway junction at Courtrai. GWS infantry will be out in force, along with the 24th General Hospital, and our colleagues from the RAF Museum, plus flypasts by Great War British aircraft ...

Gallipoli Commemorations Bury

The York & Lancaster Regiment will be supporting our friends at the Fusilier Museum in Bury with their Centenary commemorations of the Gallipoli campaign. This event will take place on both the 25th and 26th April, with Church Service and Parade on the Sunday.
